福州榮林機(jī)械有限公司的關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)福建金大機(jī)械制造有限公司，成立于2019年07月，注冊(cè)資本1000萬(wàn)元，是一家專(zhuān)門(mén)從事精密鑄件生產(chǎn)的企業(yè)。

　　金大機(jī)械采用的是熔模（消失模）精密鑄造法，熔模鑄造原理起源于我國(guó)商代中晚期的焚失法，到春秋戰(zhàn)國(guó)時(shí)期失蠟鑄造技術(shù)得到進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，中國(guó)古代在青銅鑄造上已經(jīng)使用這種方法。金大機(jī)械將傳統(tǒng)的工藝技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代科技技術(shù)完美的融合，形成了年產(chǎn)5000噸精密鑄件的自動(dòng)化鑄造生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)及配套的水循環(huán)再利用和空氣凈化成套設(shè)備。

　　金大機(jī)械的自動(dòng)化鑄造生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)采用IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)串聯(lián)諧振式感應(yīng)加熱電源裝置，具有恒功率輸出、熔煉速度快、節(jié)能、環(huán)保、無(wú)高次諧波干擾等特點(diǎn)。生產(chǎn)的鑄件尺寸精度一般可達(dá)CT4-6；表面粗糙度一般可達(dá)Ra.1.6~3.2μm，加工余量少；鑄件的一致性好；可以鑄造各種復(fù)雜的鑄件。

　　熔模鑄造技術(shù)的運(yùn)用不僅鑄件質(zhì)量高，而且降低了員工勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高了生產(chǎn)效率。消除了廢氣和粉塵排放，有利于環(huán)境保護(hù)，完全符合低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的大趨勢(shì)。

Fujian Jinda Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Fuzhou Longlife Machinery MFG Co., Ltd., was established in July 2019 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan and is an enterprise specializing in the production of precision castings.

Jinda Machinery adopts the investment precision casting method, the principle of investment casting originated from the incineration method in the middle and late Shang Dynasty in China, and the wax casting technology was further developed in the Spring and Autumn Warring States period, and this method has been used in bronze casting in ancient China. Jinda Machinery perfectly integrates traditional process technology and modern technology and technology into an automated casting production line with an annual output of 5,000 tons of precision castings and supporting complete sets of water recycling and air purification equipment. 

Jinda Machinery's automated casting production line adopts IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) series resonant induction heating power supply device, which has the characteristics of constant power output, fast melting speed, energy saving, environmental protection, and no high harmonic interference.  The dimensional accuracy of the castings produced is generally up to CT4-6; the surface roughness is generally up to Ra.1.6~3.2μm, and the processing allowance is small; the consistency of the castings is good; and various complex castings can be cast. 

The use of investment casting technology not only has high casting quality, but also reduces the labor intensity of employees and improves production efficiency. The elimination of exhaust gas and dust emissions is conducive to environmental protection and is fully in line with the general trend of low-carbon economy.
